What's the difference between editing and formatting an Excel worksheet?

Editing a worksheet means you are changing text, formulas, charts, conditional formatting, rules and so on.
Formatting a worksheet means you are changing the appearance of text by making it bold/italic, you are applying colour to the text or cell or a range, you are including page borders or logos and so on.
