Disrespectful and self-centered people do it regularly with same person. Else, it can be one of the instances for others.

I had this client who fixed up appointment twice and changed his plan at the very last moment when I was about to call a cab to reach his place. I was ready to leave when the plan got cancelled for the second time.

For me, this kind of behavior is the problem of those people who think themselves very superior and for them others are less worthy in front of them. They show no regards for the time and money of other people.

I ensured that I won’t take that behavior for third time and snapped all ties with that client to save myself from mental fatigue.
